eeeeerrrrrrr.......!!!!!

Terrible la! All those effort I've put into writing up all my good and valuable posts have been gone missing all of a sudden! Two days ago, CutiePrincessMummy asked me about my post and photos of my recent Penang gathering. I then went to search for my previous url, thinking of sending it to her. But then, eeee????? Where has it gone? Can't find at all!

BLOGSPOT HAS EATEN MY POST !!!!!!!!!!!

This really troubles me. I've to spend time rewriting it again! :(
I MUST! because it is important to be exposed to the world....

1st Time Withdrawal From PayPal

I'm thrilled to find the money earned from paid posts has been deposited into my account today already! I was doubt whether I'll really get those money everytime I watch my earnings grow in PayPal. I manage to withdraw money with Bryan's help. I didn't use Virtual Money ATM card as I feel that it's not worth. I'll be charged double whenever I withdraw money through ATM. Commission charged from ATM and also from PayPal. Quite troublesome to me.

It's not a large amount, but I'm happy because I'll use it on my kid's health food. I'm quite shocked to notice the news last Sunday, regarding the increase price on herbs.

The price of popular herbs increase up to 100% - 300% depends of the type. I'm a bit concern with the price of Cordyceps. According to the news, this herb has been increased in 20 times higher actual price within these 10 years. Gosh! How can I afford for my kids' consumption? No choice, have to work harder in writing paid posts. My kids have to take in Cordyceps to improve their body resistence. I want them to have good health. This is the responsibility of a mother, right?

An Incident To Remind Ourselves

Saw this on Jelapang main road. My God! The truck was kemek till like that! Its shape was no more obvious. What do you think might have happened to the driver? I didn't watch the entire incident. It was already like crumbs of waste metal by the time I spotted it. Lives may have been wasted if we don't drive carefully. With this picture in mind, we have to remind ourselves to precious own life for the sake of our loved ones.

A Living Registry Of My Godsister

My relationship with my godsister has been as good as real sisters. She was eight years older than me. She left us two years ago due to lung cancer. Imagine she was just 37 years of age when she left us! I couldn't stopped crying whenever I think of her. The worst part of it was, she had three children who were still schooling that time. The youngest was only 6 years old that time! Pity the kids without mummy to take care.

I stumbled upon Registry of Life to find an online memorial site to honour and celebrate the lives of our loved ones who have passed away. It provides a legacy in words, pictures and music that can be accessed by family, friends and others. This makes me feel like creating one for my beloved late godsister.

I intend to jot down her achievements in her passed career, her milestones from being a lovely energitic young lady to being a successful mother of three, the happy moments of us being together, and her struggling life in fighting her killer disease. I shall upload those photos taken with her and her favourite classical music onto the site.

Creating a living registry has never been so easy before. It will always remain online, and no annual maintenance fees is charged. I shall pay not more than the original $49.95. There is a 14-day free trial for anyone who is interested.

I Am Forgetful !!

Once again I left my handphone in my centre today! This is already the second time I did that. Why am I so forgetful nowadays? Was it because the epidural that I have taken twice during my delivery? cham! cham!! I was busy photostating while talking to the phone this afternoon. I just put it aside on the rack after talking, and then I continue with my work. I kept on reminding myself to pick the mobile later.

And there again, left the centre without my 'precious'. I still didn't notice when I reached home until I started looking for my mobile to make a call to hubby. aiya, old lady liao ! Went back to collect it after yoga then. :(

So scared that I may forget what my name is, where I live and whom my family is one day!!! At least I hope that I will still know how to log on to my laptop, to read about own stories from my blog, to learn about ownself .... My God! .... LOL

Ooops! Shopping Alone With Bundle Of Rewards!

Dropped my little Zi Wei for ballet class, then I flashed to "e-fashion boutique" behind Tesco for shopping desire loo.... Actually the staff asked me to go and try on a pair of black skinny pants. In my heart, I knew I just need a pair of skinny pants and a pair of white legging.

O..ooo....oooo...I couldn't stop myself! I was trying on blouses and pants for an hour. Most of them fit me well and I look nice on them. aiyoh....that was it! Bought 3 blouses, a pair of black skinny pants, an orange cutey short pants, a white lace bra top and a piece of black silver shimmers tube! Took out my credit card and swiped away for nearly RM300!! Dared not stay for another second, coz it was time to pick my girl up.

When I arrived home, I just sneaked into the house and quickly hid the full bag of clothes inside my bedroom. Why did I do that? I was worried that my mum will grumble for the whole night and washed my appetite away.....it was time for dinner!!! ... LOL

Various Choices Of Wine Racks

Hubby and I love to take wine, especially red wine. It is a great enjoyment to relax with a glass of red wine while leaning on the sofa. What could be better than that? I believe red wine is beneficial to our health in enhancing blood circulation.

Since we will be moving to our new house very soon, I think a Wine Rack of reasonable size is necessary for us. Hubby has the habit to keep bottles of red wine from different years as collection. Whenever he goes overseas, he will bring back a few bottles of red wine bought from the free tax store. We are already out of space to keep our lovely collections here.

When I start browsing The Vine Store.com, I can find all kinds of wine racks including Wood Wine Racks, Metal Wine Racks, Hanging Wine Racks, Wall Mounted Wine Racks, Wine Rack Furniture, Specialty Wine Racks and Wine Glasses. Their products are offered in a variety of bottle capacity sizes for both residential and commercial wine storage needs. The wine racks are shipped nationwide with 100% satisfaction guarantee and no sales tax is charged outside of Ohio.

I have an eye on this Bali Wine Rack - Crimson made of wood with the actual price $67.99 and if buy online, I may get it with just $61.99 ! I like its design and colour. I guess it suits my new home well.

This site enables us to browse the products by price. Prices range from the lowest $15 to $301 and higher. There are not just wine racks, we can shop for wine cellar accessories and other wine accessories like wine labels, wine charms, wine corkskrews and others as well. I may not be buying only one wine rack. I believe I will be the regular customer for The Vine Store.com from now on!

Red Hair Lady

Have my hair wash and hair style done this evening. The hair stylist has pinned my hair and firmed it with sprays. She said that it can hold till tomorrow even after a sweet night sleep. Besides, I have my hair color changed too! The hair stylist has sprayed some red hair color on mine. I'm now a halfly headed red-hair lady! No photos to show, but soon I'll be putting up photos taken from the gathering when I'm back. I'm excited with the arrival of the bloggers gathering in Penang tomorrow organised by Nuffnang!

Sad to tell, I'm not staying overnight at Penang tomorrow. Hubby says he has something important to do on early Sunday. That's why no points staying and might as why we save up a bit wor..... Aihhhh...no choice la....I have to listen and obey his wish. :(

Tag: FTWM vs SAHM

Yeah, this is the question that I've been thinking. Thanks Etcetera~Mommy for throwing such tag. If I were given a choice again, what will I want to be? Would I now choose to become a FTWM (Full Time Working Mum) or SAHM (Stay At Home Mum)? After analysing my mind, I guess I prefer to be a SAHM for the world's 3 reasons below!

1) I like freedom. I need my time to be flexible, because I'm the driver to my kids. I've to take them to school and sometimes if kids have fallen sick, I've to send them to doctors. If I'm working like last time 10 hrs in a factory, I surely can't go in and out of the factory so easily. What's more? I'll be bored to death in the factory!

2) Nowadays, SAHM can also earn a loafsome of money even staying at home. It doesn't restraint to just doing housechores at home already. Writing money posts and internet marketing are those which work. I can work while hugging and carrying my two babies around me. It's a great enjoyment in life!

3) It's good to stay at home and learn to act like real woman and wife. It's a challenge too to be the sole cleaner, a cook vs a nanny to kids at home - even I still don't know how to cook because I've mother and MIL mar....It's not easy to manage a home to make it a cozy nest for husband and kids. Btw, still learning to be one........

Tag Baton:

Bitching About The Old Lady Hawker!

Ngam ngam cham cham again.....turning into an old lady liao.....but she really made me mad! I went for lunch with Wei this afternoon as usual. We were at Sun Yuan Loong (branch) coffee shop and I planned to eat claypot noodle there. I then ordered my food from this old hawker lady, telling her that I wanted a pot of bihun and another pot of yee mee, and emphasised that I didn't want the chicken slices but added more porks. She then started to be impatient.

Hawker: What do you want actually? Please tell probably! Do you want the rest of the fishballs and vege?

Me: *eyes opened wide* YES! I want all except chicken slices!

Hawker: Then you say probably. I'll know how to mix and add ingredients inside. Do you want egg in your noodle??

Me: Yes, only in the yee mee..... *haven't finished what I said*

Hawker: *turned away* ........... *grumbling away*

I was very angry, and I nearly cancelled the order if I didn't control my temper. I pay for her to let her earn and yet I was treated so badly. What the world is this nowadays?? ......... ?????

I'm Fully Reserved This Week!

I've occupied myself with all the beauty appointments starting from Monday till Friday this week! I consider this as a week of self-entertainment which I pamper myself with all the beauty mission on spa, facial, pedi & manicure and hairdo. Why huh? So hiao hiao this week? I do all this mainly to welcome my participation in the bloggers gathering in Penang organised by Nuffnang this coming Saturday. Ladies are like that, or shall I say only me who will spend the time on such meaningless and extravagant activities like these!! Maybe I'm too concern of how I appear among the crowd because I'm getting old. :(

I've done my spa on Tuesday, facial finished today, coming next will be manicure and hair wash on Thursday and Friday respectively. Guess what? I'm not going alone.....Shoppingmum is accompanying me in most of the missions....hahaha.... :)
We both are vanity mommies!!

It's My Birthday Presents!

* I supposed to have publish my post here this morning. Don't know why I can't find it in my blog now. Have to rewrite again.....haiiii... *

Here is my birthday present! It was a surprise to me as I didn't expect any present from hubby. Thanks for my hubby's initiative to shop round Ipoh Parade for this lovely handbag. Although it's not any branded stuff from Guess or Gucci, it's not cheap too, costs almost RM150 ler! Am I gorgeous with my snowy handbag hanging on my arm? hee...hee...

da da de da.... this was my birthday cake, bought from Indulgence. Hubby has even reserved a table in the high class dining place to celebrate with me last night. At first, I thought of saving our expenses for the night, so I cancelled the reservation. I then suggested to go to Citrus for dinner. Ooo...o.....it came to the same, hubby spent around RM200 for the dinner. Felt a bit guilty, but hubby, kids and I did enjoy our meal very much. Want to know what we eat? Link yourself from here.

Went home right after the dinner. My godsis and godbro were waiting to sing a birthday song to me. Photo sessions by hubby.

Talking about the cake. Wow....it was very heavy, more than a kg. It was a type of cheese cake~dunno the name. Its appearance is bad decorated, but if you love the feeling of melting cheese in your mouth, this truly tastes good. It was fully contented with cheese and cream with crushed cookies as base. Just a piece, you may skip your lunch or dinner for the day!

I think you all can understand what I mean earlier about this cake. Are you full now without putting it into your mouth? :P

I was so happy last night. I appreciate whatever hubby did for me as he had spent almost RM500 on me just to make me happy, even we are having a tough time now. Thank you for your effort, honey!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY vs HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !!

Today is a special day for dads all around the world. What a coincident! It's my birthday too! I received wishes from hubby, kids and friends. In return, I wished my lovely, funny daddy too! I have nothing much to give to my dad, but I would like to present him a poem as my appreciation to him.

Dad, Thank You!

Thank you for the laughter,
For the good times that we share,
Thanks for always listening,
For trying to be fair.

Thank you for your comfort,
When things are going bad,
Thank you for the shoulder,
To cry on when I'm sad.

This poem is a reminder that
All my life through,
I'll be thanking Heaven
For a Special Dad like you.

I hereby wish the world and myself,

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

&

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !!!

Important Mission ~ Fate Counting

Haha, Shoppingmum calls it pat poh mission.....3 of us, includes Lovelymummy set off for our fate counting this afternoon. This guy, quite funny when he talks, named Victor Low is known as Meta Master who holds license by the name, Meta Self Training & Consultancy. His service is more on psycology and mental treatment.

Anyway, the most important here is what he talked about me! This is the 2nd time that I see him. Remember the 1st time, like he could see through my heart, whatever he said was exactly how I felt that time. I cried because I was too stressed and troubled, and he managed to entangle the knot in my heart. That was the time when my relationship with hubby was not good, besides the problem faced in my work.

Luckily, I was not crying again today. Shame shame....My mind was not that troubled like last time anymore. The things that I most concern now are my career, health and about hubby's career. Victor predicted that I'll be no longer working with my current partners. I may be jobless in a few months time. He suggested that I don't renew my agreement with MRC, but try to convert my business into another fields, be it a tuition centre, boutique, beauty accessories or cafe. Although he gave me good idea, I'm lack of confidence to work alone. I admit I'm not that tough and I'm not independent. At least I need two persons to work together. I think I'll drag my business till end of the year. He even advised me not to keep problems in heart. He is worried that I may end up in depression. I do hope not and I'll try to relax myself.

As for my health, at first I was kind of worried because I used to get sick every month. Luckily, Victor told me that I'll live healthily but just becareful when driving. I was relieved to hear that.

As time is consuming, he didn't tell much about hubby's career. I desperately want to know, I then interrupted Victor to give me some hints. Hubby is not working at the meantime and I hoped to know when hubby's business will be back. Victor just replied shortly that he has to wait after the 2nd month in Chinese calendar next year. O...o....such a long time.....this stops me from thinking to end my centre further. :(

Early Birds To "The Fantastic 4"

My girl, Wei didn't have lessons in school today as it is student progress report card collection day. I promised to bring her for movie this afternoon since it has been delayed from previous holidays. We kicked off for lovely pizza in Pizza Hut after the meeting session in school. I bought tickets for the movie "The Fantastic Four - Rise Of The Silver Surfer" of 3:30pm show. Hubby came to join us later. Wow...the tickets today is RM10 each. So expensive! I guess maybe we were the early birds for the movie today, as today is the 1st day showing the movie.

My girl enjoys those cartoon characters with superpowers. Although this movie is acted by real men and women, it is indeed a funny and interesting movie suitable for children and adults.

Synopsis of the story:

Marvel's first family of superheroes, The Fantastic Four, meets their greatest challenge yet in Fantastic Four - Rise Of The Silver Surfer as the enigmatic, intergalactic herald, The Silver Surfer, comes to Earth to prepare it for destruction. As the Silver Surfer races around the globe wreaking havoc, Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben must unravel the mystery of the Silver Surfer and confront the surprising return of their mortal enemy, Dr. Doom, before all hope is lost.

We did enjoy ourselves watching that movie. Can see the handsome men and pretty ladies in the movie. My Wei, crunching at her popcorns, talked aloud when she saw the exciting part. Hubby and I tried to explain and calm her down. Do you know? Actually the reason for Wei to indulge in going for a movie so much is, ...... she can eat popcorn there! I'll never buy her this snack except in the cinema. See? How smart she is!

My Blog Is Approved By Smorty!

Hip hip hooray.....!! *clap hands and feet*

Congrat me! At last, my blog is approved by Smorty. I can now blog for money by writing more opinion posts. That is the way how Smorty works. It provides service in connecting advertisers and bloggers with a network of high quality blogs. As a blogger, I am more interested to get paid for blogging. I am given the opportunities to write my opinion about peoples' products, services and websites on my blog with links back to the advertisers' site. The particular advertiser who agrees with my opinion will pay me within a week. Each approved blogger will be given a score by Smorty, which decides the price and number of campaigns offer to bloggers. There is a chance to meet the high price for $100 per article!

As for advertisers, Smorty is the most effective tool to boost your search engine rankings with quality inbound links from thousands of blogs by blog advertising.

I will be looking at it very seriously, no doubt faithfully. I work with Smorty and I do hope that Smorty will work well with me too. Anyway, isn't it a good news to me?

Flash Flood In KL On 10/6/2007

Left ~ Child injured in the incident;
Right ~ Seem like a river flowing through the city.

I was so shocked to see all these pictures. I didn't update myself from the newspaper recently. So shameful to tell that I'm ignorant about the heavy flood in KL last Monday till I drop by my mailbox to find these photos sent by my brother just now.

I quickly flip through yesterday newspaper. Gosh!

Is this a huge drain or a carpark? The news told that this should be the carpark in Kompleks Merdeka. Look! It was flooded badly and I wonder how the cars under there would be! Our Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Badawi was not so happy with this. One of the party to be blamed for the flood disaster would be the authority for drains improvement work. They shouldn't delay their work though they claimed that they didn't.

Thank You Nuffnang And Exabytes !

When I opened my blog today, I was surprised to see that the advertisement from Nuffnang in my blog has changed from MPH to Exabytes! Look on your right. Another advertiser has chosen my blog to publish their advertisement. Yahoo!! So regret to have forgotten to thank MPH lately. That's why I quickly take this opportunity to write a post on Exabytes as my appreciation to them.

It is Malaysia's first full blog service provider. There are different kinds of web hosting to be found in the site. They provide some reseller hostings like Linux Reseller Hosting, Windows Reseller Hosting,....etc. You can even find certain popular products inside there. For those who always correspond on daily business matters through email, they may need service like email backup from Exabytes.

Due to Malaysia's 50th Anniversary celebration, Exabytes is offering a domain hosting fees at ONLY RM50 a year! Wow! The price is low enough if compared with mine. I paid $80 USD for hosting my domain more than 2 months ago. If I have time to manage another blog of myself, I'll sure take this offer without second consideration.

The Orient's Voice at Food Loft, Penang

Great news to all bloggers in Malaysia! Just received a mail on last Friday. Nuffnang community, together with Nuffnangers Cedric and Project010 are organising a gathering for bloggers at Food Loft, Gurney Plaza, Penang on this coming 23rd June (Sat), at 12 noon. Registration is free. Food Loft has offered to sponsor us the venue and food for our bloggers’ meet. Of course, there are others sponsors like Nuffnang itself, oOmph! and Exabytes who work together for this special occassion.

7 Random Things About Me!

I've been tagged by CutiePrincessMummy on this! Have to talk about myself here......mmm...get to know ownself better here...

1) Everyone close to me knows me of my slow motion. Not really slow like tortoise, duh...but just slow lor...have improved a lot now, but still consider SLOW.

2) Bad habit of always late. Very seldom I'll be on time. At least must late for 10 mins. :P

3) I'm the easy-going type, but quite emotional. Can be sad now, but happy later on. Forget those sad and frustrated things very fast.

4) I'm bad-tempered. When I was young, my parents say that I'm fierce like tiger. They used to call me, " 恶鸡喇la " ~ fierce hen !!

5) I'm sometimes quite sassy and fussy too. If things are not going in my way, my face will turn black. Fussy in the sense that, I'm a perfectionist.

6) I'm quite shy and introvert too. I like being in crowded and happening places, to get to know more friends, but I'll never be the first to speak out.

7) Lastly, I like gai gai a lot. I'll feel bored if staying at home for one whole day. Once a while is fine with me, not everyday!

It's time for your turn. LovelyMummy, ShoppingMum, Wendy, Etcetera~Mommy, Sue

My Heart Is Uneasy

AIHHHH....I didn't go for dinner in Sunway Hotel, Seberang Jaya last night. A sudden change of mind. Luckily I didn't go for my hairdo before setting off to Penang. Hubby, Wei and I kicked off to Penang at 3pm. Reached there almost 4:30pm. We stopped at QueenBay Mall for some snack at 5pm. About the food, wow...yummy ....to be updated in my food blog.

While eating, hubby said he felt like not going for dinner. I agreed because we know no one there except the bridegroom. The thing is, when people asked why he changed his mind, you know what? He complained that it was very troublesome as Wei and I haven't changed to our dresses, time consume, traffic jam along the bridge and lazy to get back to Butterworth...all sorts of reasons, all caused by me coz I was slow and late to start moving at 3pm!!

When we left Penang this afternoon at 1:30pm, we stopped at Taiping and went for zoo. My in-laws they all were there waiting for us. I told hubby that we have to leave after an hour since I've class at 5:30pm. When MIL saw us, she asked us for dinner as she wanted to celebrate her belated 36th wedding anniversary. I hope they can change to another day, dinner only mar...already belated liao lor...since I've to teach till 7:30pm and Wei had music class too tonight! But, hubby asked whether I could cancel my class. I refused as there might be new students coming today. He then suggested that Wei skipped class and followed in-laws they all for the whole evening.

I hate my children to skip class if they are not sick! I was a bit angry in heart, of course dare not say out la....I felt uneasy because things were not going at my way. Why don't they inform earlier or postpone to another day? yeah, yeah, brother-in-law is leaving to KL the next morning. Hopefully no more next time! I don't want my girl to be implanted with habit like skipping classes. The fee is not cheap lei...!!

At night, I told I would be back from centre around 8pm. I was late about 5 minutes. There was new parent wanting to register and pay while asking me few questions. That's why a bit delay. Know how he looks? He pulled on his long face, asking me why so late wor...I didn't explain much when I saw his ugly face. Fed up with it and lazy to talk too. Does he think that I purposely wasting time by sitting in the office, trying to delay and be late?? Crazy man! I should have taken his photo and show him. Will always have next time. Have to remember......:P

Crack Skin On Both My Soles

Before

After

Pity my feet! I really couldn't stand anymore. These cracks made me hurt while walking. I decided to go for pedicure before going to Penang on 5 June. The pedicurist 'chopped' off the excessive skin and then smoothened my skin. That's a relief. I feel much better now.

I used to go to this saloon in Bercham, named Kim Nail Studio. It's attached with a beauty saloon called Faceart Beauty Therapy using Dermalogical products.

I normally sign for package. The normal pedicure package (3+1) without spa or scrub costs just RM102, excluded nail art. The addition charges for nail art ranges from RM10 to RM40.

Above are the colourful OPI lacquers that she uses. They are quite lasting too. On the right are the nail art samples for display. Looks nice ya!! I haven't tried these designs before. They are expensive, may costs around RM60 or RM70 per art, it depends. It may take nearly 3 hours or two days to complete! I've no special occassion for these. So, just forget it.

This is what I choose. This art costs only RM20. I like the base colour.

I was advised by the pedicurist to use this nail and cuticle replenishing oil to nourish and moisture my nails. It helps to protect my nails from cracking and peeled off as well. My nails and soles are really in bad health condition. Recommended to use it with cream to provide double protection. Hope it works!

Above is a back-dated post. Have all those done on last Sunday. Purposely for the dinner on 5 June in Sunway Hotel, Seberang Jaya.

Aqua Tour In Jusco

Ooo...so relax these 2 days. Out of the tense and hassle from sitting in front of the laptop, busy blogging. I did blog but just in an easy-going mood. I went 'gai gai' last whole Sat, while Sun was my outing day too. That's why I have some backdated posts to update here.

Since it was public holiday on 2 June, Sat, my dad and I didn't have to work. We woke up so late at around 10:30am. Dad and I went for brunch at almost 12pm while the kids want to stay at home enjoying cartoons. I then suggested to bring my kids to Jusco together with both my parents.

We reached Jusco at 3pm. I thought most of the families might have gone to Genting Highlands or KL for holiday, but I was wrong. WOW...Jusco was so full. There was an aquatic exhibition in Jusco hall.

That area was crowded and stuffy. This was a place where you can find fish-lovers around. Hardly snap photos here. Fish food could be bought here too.

We could see all kinds of fish there.

Left ~ Zhen Nam was enjoying looking at the fish;
Right ~ Those are called leopard catfish.

Beautiful decorate aquariums were exhibited there. Those were the artwork of students from secondary schools. First 3 winners with the most beautifully decorated aquariums were exhibited there.

Guess how much is this fish. It looks big right? I'm not sure of its name. I just know that this fish costs RM18,800 !!! My God! I'll definitely not going to waste money on this! I'm not good at admiring fish. I just know how to eat fish.....LOL.:)
