Tag: Creatures I Hate Most !

Frankly speaking, I hate most of the insects. Even small animals that may bite like rats and hamsters too. I feel scared to go near them. As for those insects, when I look at them, I just feel that they look ugly and unpleasant!

Anyway, thanks to HealthFreakMummy in passing me this tag. Yeah, everyone is in need of tags to push our PR.....July is ending and the next update will be at any minutes!

The two most creatures that I hate are,

1) Cockroaches ~ Very ugly, dirty and smelly. Even they don't bite but, my body will just start to shiver when seeing one coming near me. I dare to kill the small one, but not the mama or papa cockroaches. I saw one of these things fly onto my mum's back, I jumped and screamed as if it was on my back! ...... LOL

2) Lizards ~ The other one that I dislike. They are actually beneficial insect but they look horrible. I remembered once, when I was going to take a broom in the house compound, I felt a sudden coolness on my arm. It was a lizard which fell and crawled across my arm! I quickly flung my arms and "bang!"....everything around were dropped....so coward.... :p

God must know about this, and wants to play a fool on me.....these two creatures are always in my bedroom!!! yeeeakkk!!!

Travelling To London

There are so much information to be found in internet nowadays. If you plan to go travelling to London for leisure, there is no worry for you anymore in finding the best Hotels in London. Therefore, this is indeed a cool place for shopaholics like me to stay!

"Transformers" Movie

Wow! It was amazing, hilarious, superb and exciting! The movie is full of action right from the start. It made my heart pumping faster than ever! I caught the movie "Transformers" with hubby last night. I dragged through last night because I have tried to buy tickets last two weeks but were always sold. Maybe I didn't try to book or buy a day in advance.

I guess most of you have watched this great movie. If anyone would really want to read about the film or view its gallery, you can always link to here.

Does it look cool? This is Optimus Prime, the heroic leader if the Autobots. Another way to say is, THIS is the "dai gor" ~ big brother among the good transformers! I really like this movie and I was kind of thrilled when seeing these robots to transform. I can understand now why my brother went for the movie a second time!

Bad News About Chicken Wings

I received the above email article regarding the bad consequences if eaten chicken wings too often. I think it is important to spread and let all people know about it.

For those who do not understand Mandarin, let me translate a bit here. This article is to remind all people especially women. You are reminded to take chicken wings less because those injected chickens in the market are carrying vulnerable chemicals that might endanger our health. Injections are usually done at the parts of wings and necks. Therefore, if we eat a lot of chicken wings, chemical reactions with women's hormones may cause tumors in the wombs. It is one of the cause of cancer though.

If you love yourselves and your loved ones, do spread the words as warnings to them. Not that you totally discard your favourite food, but try reducing the consumption of this kind of food ya.... ;)

Harry Potter Is On The Heat

I wish to go for "Transformer" but couldn't get any tickets all the time. Hubby always bought tickets the last minute. I don't really hope to watch "Harry Potter" though it is on great heat nowadays. News in TheStar about those addicted fans fighting to get a copy of Harry Potter novels has really trembled the town. I wonder what so special about the story.....yes, the story is adventurous, mysterious, magical, .... but, it is just a made-up story, just a book! I'll never spend more than a hundred to buy a novel but rather buy some clothes or toys for me and kids.

Anyway, this movie ~ Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix has set a new record on tickets selling. Sypnosis about the film can be found in the attached link. If you are one of the Harry Potter fan, you should go the website and explore on the video, gallery and games.

Well, I watched it last night and not bad, at least I didn't fall asleep like what I expect myself will....LOL. I did when watching the VCD of Harry Potter 2, I guess......can't remember whether HP2 or HP3. I just can't understand well about the story. Maybe I didn't catch up with the previous episodes.

Shopping Madly

I went shopping yesterday because it was Jusco Day. There were so crowded like all things were free! Imagine I went with both my kids, and my pampered boy needed mummy to carry him all the way, squeezing among the crowd! My the other girl ran to the toilet in and out. Don't know what made her urine so much last night!

We were in Jusco at around 6:30pm. The first department to visit was Loreal counter again. It is one of the popular counter that day. Most of the products were sold. Incredible! I could see that the racks were empty. I spent RM220 buying skin products like day moisturizer, hydration cream, make-up remover, sun protector and a mascara. My mum bought a bottle of wrinkles essence too.

Could not continue walking as my kids urged me to Sushi King. After eating, we went to the kids' department and bought some shirts, blouses and pyjamas for my children. I took a long queue before reaching my turn to pay. I saw most of the people spend above RM500-RM1,000 that night. Wow! My mum saw somebody carrying a knapsack of kids wear. She wondered why that man bought so many clothes for kids. Was he buying for next year's Chinese New Year? Nobody knows.

We then proceeded to the supermarket department. It was already 10pm, and there is only an hour to sweep around. Nothing much to buy here because my mum said that she couldn't calm herself down and shopped leisurely. Better to buy on another day since the vouchers offered in supermarket are just RM5 for every RM100!

If I were the boss of Jusco, I'll be very happy and laugh in my sleep. I think Jusco earned more than millions in just a day itself. All Ipoh people are shopping maniac!!

Dedicated To Cancer People

While chit-chating with one of my yoga friends in class, she told me some important information that I would like to share with my readers here.

She advised all people who have cancer, or anyone who wants to prevent ownself from suffering cancer, the best maintainance is drink fresh vegetable or fruit juice everyday. You can mix vegetable with fruits as well, such as celery, carrot, orange, cucumber, apple,....etc. The juice must be fresh with no added sugar. The most recommended is to blend the juice yourself. Try not to take fruit juice outside because it is usually added with a lot of sugar. That is not good for health.

Cancer affected people are better to drink 3 times a day. This is to enhance body resistance and to recover body energy. Pure blended black soya is another good choice too. No harm giving them a try right?

Back From KL Shopping

Just back from KL this afternoon. I was exhausted. My leg is painful after whole day walking and shopping yesterday. I thought it was Mega Sales, because I saw from the banners hanging everywhere in town, from July to 2 Sept! Health Freak Mommy is right. Mega Sales is in August, not now! But then, some sales are going on in MidValley and Wang Utama.

I felt a bit bored while shopping at the two malls. I didn't get to see any clothes that I like, and most of them are expensive. I prefer shopping at boutiques in Ipoh. At least the fashion is "my cup of tea!" :D

Actually, my purpose going to KL was ONLY, to buy eye serum from Dr.Andrew WEIL for Origins.

I read it in the magazine and I found that it is one of the best seller among all eye products. The right one is eye serum (RM190) while the left is eye cream (RM120). It is best recommended to use eye cream after eye serum to get best results in reducing fine lines, dark circles and puffy eyes. These are made of natural ingredients like mega mushroom and white tea. I have to give it a try since my eyes look sagging. Have to firm it up, up, up! .... :) The promoter performed some demo on my hand by using body scrub, and it did show a difference on skin before and after scrub. I share a box with LovelyMummy so that it won't seem so costly. I was then given some samples to try on their face firming cream and also face scrub. These were my biggest reward from the trip.

We had some excitement last night! The men decided to spend a night at Genting Highlands for some luck! Gosh! Not prepared at all! We didn't bring any clothes or sweaters. No choice. I then bought T-shirts, jogging pants, panties and underwears, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and that's all. We then proceeded our journey after dinner, and reached at Genting almost at 11pm! Wow, so exciting! My supper was taken in the casino as the men were concentrating on their luck. Hubby just managed to win RM300 from Uncle Lim. Better than none lo....:)

I'm Coming.....Mega Sales, KL

I'm so excited to go to KL tomorrow. I'm following hubby to KL on his business excursion. Hubby is going to start his travel business soon in Aug. Maybe someone here in Ipoh who is planning to go for tour, you may contact me for details.... heeheee...so fast promoting for new business already. That is what a wife should do right? Anyway, his company is offering any tour with the lowest price in town. The company can obtain lowest price air tickets from Air Asia at anytime. I even heard that they are offering travel package to Hong Kong at around RM3xx only! Cheap ya?!

Ok, that's another story here. I just want to tell the world that I'm going shopping at KL tomorrow! Mega Sales is on now! Hope that I can get bundles of reward back home. Ha! Must prepare bundles of money as well :D

Skin Allergic And Metabolism Slowed Down

Don't remember since when I got this! It must have been a month! I'm not what it is as I don't feel pain or itchy. It is always red. When I touch it, I can feel it like a mosquito blister on the surface. This must be some kind of skin allergic.

I have tried different types of healing cream, but in vain. I guess there is something to do with my body metabolism. Whenever I get cuts on my legs, it takes long time to be healed. There will be definitely scars leaving on my legs.



These scars have been there for almost a year! They just don't seem to fade. They are so obvious on my fair pair of legs! :(

What happen to me? Is my body metabolism being slowed down due to age increasing? I'm just starting my 30s. Why happen so fast on me? I have been looking for something to lighten my scars. I'm now using Vitamin E Oil which is recommended by the pharmacist. Tried a few times and just notice slight improvement. Maybe it takes time and I have to be very patient.




Sometimes I'm quite ashamed to show my scarful and allergy legs in public. Remember once when I went for spa and massage, the masseur asked me what that red spot is. She was then grinning cunningly, to me she was. She might be thinking something bad and 'senget'! What will that be! A love bite! Crazy!!

aiiihhhh.....I bought a beautiful orange shorts recently but dare not show my ugly legs. When can I wear it ler??? Really don't hope to cause somebody vomit mar :(

Die Hard ~ Really Hard To Die !! .. :D

I went for "Die Hard 4" , starring and produced by Bruce Willis, our another hero besides Jackie Chan last Thursday! The movie is full of actions and is very thrilling.

The movie is quite exaggerated! This iron man, Bruce really cannot die! How worse the explosion he met, how hurt he was, how serious he bled, ..... , he would be fine at last. The same things go here, in most or every movie, the hero will do all the fighting while the troop of police and soldiers will only arrive when all the bad guys are in control or died! aihhh....what a movie!

People Nowadays Are Sick!

Really feel sad and terrified to hear about the death of this 4-year-old girl, Shearwey Ooi Ying Ying who has been murdered with her bone fragments strewn in four different places in Penang! Her divorced mother is one of the suspect in that case. Ridiculous! How can a mother kill her own child?!! Didn't she remember those days when the little life was growing in her womb for nine months? She must be mind-sickening! I really can't believe my eyes when I read the news.

What happen to this world? People nowadays are highly educated but are most of them are mentally ignorant. Is it because of the pressure they meet in this society? Or, is it rarely because of this stupid lady who is a love blind! News said that she made up a story of her child being kidnapped while she was paying in front of the parking machine. She did it because she wanted to protect and cover for her boyfriend.

I guess this young mother regrets what she have done, but everything is too late! I will never forgive this woman for giving such a mean attack to her own child. I think nobody will.

Kick Off The Old One, Replace With New Skincare

I bought a few magazines yesterday. I'm in a hurry to find myself a suitable skincare. I flipped through these famous women magazines, "QUEEN ~ 女人我最大" and "FEMALE", reading those articles and comments on all the top skincare products. I don't recognise most of the brands because they can't be found local. I just know Kose, SK II, Clarins, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Shiseido, Avene, Vichy and Loreal.

Why do I need to change all my skin products? I'm suppose to be using p.r.e., unfotunately it doesn't have any effect on me. Despite that, my skin suffers from slight irritation and red spots grow on my face. It is some kind of allergy which makes me itchy. Currently I can't afford to purchase branded skincare products like Shiseido, even I used it before a few years back. Therefore, I eventually choose Loreal products as my daily skincare.

Long time haven't done any tags. Thanks for my dear friend, LovelyMummy who wants to see how far I've been addicted to blogging. It's a 'disease' called BLOGITIVIS ! I've been infected badly since half a year ago. How do I know? Here are the 10 symptoms in my health list below.............

1) I wake up very early in the morning around 8am these days, first thing to do is to switch on my laptop. Not to remember that I've not brushed my teeth yet!

2) I spend 98% sticking my butt in front of my laptop whenever I'm at home, substracted out the time I use to bathe and have dinner.

3) I feel regret to my own kids because I spend less time playing and talking to them.

4) When I sleep, I dream of blogging. My mind is full of questions and answers about blogging matters. Worse getting worse, I even wake up in the middle of the night to wait for paid posts!!

5) Like all the other bloggers, I carry my camera wherever I go. It is a MUST item in my handbag nowadays. Of course, purposely for the updating posts in my Personal Blog, Kids' Blog and Food Blog.

6) I used to follow every episode of chinese movie in Wah Lai Toi at night before I start blogging. However I seldom watch TV nowadays, just watch laptop! I miss those days sometimes..............

7) Wherever I go, whatever I eat, whatever I see, the main purpose that arouse in my mind is, "Yes, I have something to write in my blog!"

8) I possess the streamxy line most of the time. I start to argue a lot with my brother who likes surfing too ever since I start blogging.

9) My hubby bought this laptop purposely for my blogging usage. He paid for it but unfortunately he has no chance to access it.......so pity........:P

10) hmmmm....what other symptoms I have on me...???...aarrr, hah! I give up all my plans and hobbies recently.........those VCDs that I bought are left aside even I want to watch desperately. I like reading books and magazines too. When I see them, I buy, not knowing that these things will be ended up at one of the corner in my bedroom, covered with thick dust!!! ...ha ha ha.......

My Car Was 'Hurt'!

Pity my car..... :(

I got these scratches this morning. I was so angry though it was just a very minor accident. My car was parking outside Tai Thong Restaurant ~ went for dim sum with family, and this silly, lowsy, old Merce knocked my car while he was parking next to mine. I knew it only when I was going to leave, and I found that both our cars were kissing each other's butt!! So angry, angry and angry!!!!!

I forgot to take a photo on it. Too emotional already that time. I admit that I parked my car in a slanting position, but mine was still in my own box. His??? Senget don't know like what!!! aiya....missed it...should snap a picture on it. Anyway, I received only RM50 as compensation. Enough for me to buy a tin of milk powder for kids la.....LOL

Whenever I see the scratches, my heart feels pain and hurt. Sad huh....though my car 's body is full of scratches. I just feel that my car is an unlucky one on the road. Always gets hurt, even its mistress cares for it. I dare not park too near another car, always park within own parking boxes......etc. Just no luck!

Western Style, HUH?

Have to rant again.....about own hubby! We both went for his friend's wedding dinner on last Sat. ok, normal dinner at East Ocean Restaurant, but also a gathering for hubby and his ex-classmates. Surprisingly, his ex-gf was there too! Within an hour, these guys, include his ex and another ex-female-housemate (while studying in London) were cheering loud, banging on their drinking glasses. Like those who had never drink before! Drink what? Of course, liquor, they are all kaki botol!

This was not the main fact. The case that disturbed me was, hubby stayed close around with ex-gf, happily saying "cheers", but then I saw him wiping off the dirt on her face, WITH HIS HAND!!!! Oh man! This made my eyes open wide!
......urgh......eeeerrrrrr....I calmed myself down.......

After dinner, we extended our happy hours at a karaoke nearby. Hubby left me alone with two other ladies. How about him? Busy serving and entertaining around other guys and girls, knocking on beer glasses. He drank a lot that night. Don't know what made him so happy! Like he was the one who married, second wife!! I felt so uneasy when I saw him giggling away with other young girls. Although I was busy singing too, I was watching him on and off. It then happened again. His ex-female-housemate wanted to leave, and guess what they did? They hugged each other! eeeerrrrreeeerrr!!!! My eyes started to roll wide like balls.

I complained to hubby when he finally sat next to me. He just said," No big deal! I'm just showing the manner of western style. Somemore, that girl is fat, what to worry! You will always be my first priority, my beloved!"........heart started to melt, enjoying those sweet words......

Replacement Post: Penang Gathering, Orient Voice ~ 23 June

The gathering was just a common one, most of the bloggers were seating in a gang. Each group was on different table. Here is a 'group' photo for us, with LovelyMummy and ShoppingMum together with their hubs. We were posing ourselves, holding the board of slogan "We Luv Nuffnang!" The highlight of that gathering was, Lilian, more well-known as 5xMom. All bloggers want to know her desperately. We quickly grabbed our golden chance in snapping one photo with her. Really happy to meet her.

All in all, that gathering is out of our expectation. Not fun and a bit bored too. Maybe we are too old because most of the bloggers attended were very young. I was impressed that they can start earning through blogging while they are still a teenager!
