Messy Bedroom

When got I have time to tidy my messy bedroom? I've been very busy ever since I started blogging. All I think of is to squeeze in my time for blogging. I don't have any spare time for other house chores, besides working, blogging and playing with own kids. Look at my dressing table! When the hell did I buy so many bottles of skincare and lotion? Still can't figure how I should get this clear.

My place is already very dusty. My children can't take this environment because of their skin allergy. I've no choice but to clean up my bedroom as soon as possible.
