Back For Yoga
After three months of quitting yoga lessons make me feel even lazier than ever. After discussing with Lovelymummy, can also be said like persuading each other, we both finally dragged ourselves to attend our first yoga lesson last Tuesday after long break.
We both followed the steps well that day, but extremely tired after the exercises. Anyway, we felt fresh in terms of physically and mentally while performing yoga. That shows our decision is absolutely right. We should not give up yoga as it keeps our bodies healthy with some core healing advantages. Yes, we are doing pilates yoga.
I'm back in shape and soul. I just can't wait to attend my second yoga lesson later. :D

Oh, lucky you to have someone drag you along... i wish I do.. so i don't feel so heavy here....

BTW, I can never leave any comments in your dot come blog. 10 out of 10 times, I encountered an Internet Explorer error problem and your blog will auto close... so frust....
