Centre Matters
I've discussed with partners on whether to continue selling the Mental Arithmetic course in future. In my opinion, if we want to stand as unique learning centre, and not being just 'one of those' tuition centres, we have to own some specialities inside it. I insist to continue running the above course, may add in other special course like New Maths for 4 - 6 yrs children in future.
So, the next problem will be the training fees. The trainer charges us RM2,ooo for each teacher. I have no confident to learn alone, so does another partner. We both then decided to take up the training together. It's good for us too, as this is our business. We have to know "everything" in the centre!
I discussed with the coordinator (she'll contact and talk directly to the trainer), a school-mate of mine, and requested for an installment on training fees. Guess what? I dared to ask for the most installments that I could have. I hope to get four. Am still waiting for the answer. All these problems in centre's management cause me to have no mood to Bali. Stories on Bali will be jotted in my Pampering Treats.
