Fond Of Chinese Meditation

Ever since I was a child, my mum always bring me to the Chinese traditional physician whenever I was sick. It would always be her first choice. If I really couldn't be cured, then only she would take me to the clinic.

I personally feel that Chinese herbs are safe to take if of course, prescribed by licensed and qualified physician. Herbs medicine boiled is quite bitter and mostly it's in black, it makes you feel even hard to swallow. Despite of this, it provides least harm to our body. Chinese saying goes," The Most Bitter Medicine Is The Best Of All!" Medical drugs may have side effects on us like sweating a lot, tiring body, always drowsy and sometimes high heart-beating as well, but herbs benefits by moisturing our bodies and enhance our body metabolism system.

I found some websites where you can know more about history of Chinese medicine and webstore of books on Chinese medicine heals patients of different kinds of diseases, information on pulse diagnosis and acupuncture. Books can be chosen in three languages, either Mandarin or Japanese. Feel free to visit http://www.taijichinesemedicine.com/TCMhistory.htm and http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&keywords=Chinese&rh=n%3A14245%2Ck%3AChinese&page=1 . My children are following my footsteps. I'll definitely choose Chinese meditation as my priority if their conditions permit. Any comments on this??
