The Z-List, My Traffic Gaining Tag!

Real appreciate ShoppingMum for not leaving me out of this tag. Although this tag is quite outdated, but I hope my bloggers here might get some fun from it. For those who want to gain more traffic and increase PR like me, do pass this on to other bloggers!

**Instructions**

The premise is simple: Write a post, and copy and paste my list from below into it. Make sure the links are active and correct. If your blog is on that list, remove it because your post isn’t about self-promotion. Don’t worry, because if your name is on mine, it’s on others and will spread. Add your favourite deserving blogs to the top of the list (not compulsory). Publish the post. People will notice the incoming links, and hopefully write their own z-list posts. The result will be that we all get more links pointing to our blogs, and more readers - got to be good!

Key Points

1) Create a new post on your blog.

2) Copy and Paste the entire list of blog links below.

3) Add any blogs that you want to include near the top of the list. (Optional)

4) Include the blog where you first got the list from, on the list in your post.

5) Do not include your own blog links on the list in your post.

6) Make sure that all links are copied intact.

7) Publish the Post.

My Poor Boy Has Fever And Heavy Flu !

My boy had a sudden fever when he woke up in the morning on the 1st day of CNY. I was worried and thought that he might get cold the night before while playing fireworks in the midnight. I gave him Wei's medicine twice and he seemed to get well a bit. At night while having dinner with my family, his fever started again and he had no appetite at all. Hubby and I then brought him to see doctor in Fair Park, and he was found with throat infection. The doctor straight away prescribed him antibiotics which I don't like very much. No choice. My boy's pedia was on CNY holiday.

It was hard to feed Zhen Nam medicine, somemore there were 4 types of mixture! There must be at least 3 persons to catch hold of him. His grandma to carry him, grandpa to hold his head, sometimes his Jie Jie or hubby was needed to catch his legs and me, to feed him! Even though he's in small size, he has strong legs and struggled like a cow.

Pity Zhen Nam, started to cry very loud even the medicine has not reached his mouth!

After struggling for 2 medicine, his hair was totally wet coz sweat a lot.

He was now pretending to cough, so that we might stop pushing medicine into his mouth. Cunning ya....

His fever comes on and off till today. He is now down with heavy flu! He couldn't sleep well last night, and so do I. I'm going to bring him to his pedia later....

Two Birthday Parties To Go....

DAY

Today must be a good day, because today is the birthday of two relatives of mine. I have a brunch party at my cousin uncle's bungalow to celebrate his youngest daughter's 4th birthday. I put up the photo because I find the decoration is nice. The couple did it themselves.

They just ordered pizza and prepared some sandwiches and noodles for the meal. And here are the presents that Joie received. The red one is from me. I bought her a blouse and a 3/4 jeans from Poney.

Pic taken while my two kids were playing with their lovely daughters in play room.

The two yummy cakes attracted my gal to join the group and she sang the birthday song well too. See, my boy insisted to join too even he's so short. Luckily there was a stool for him to step on..... :-)

After cake cutting, the children played a game called "musical chair". My Wei was excited to join at first. Then I noticed that she was showing her unhappy face and she quited halfway. She complained to me that it was not fun wor....sometimes she acted a bit weird...but we all did have fun that day!

NIGHT

It was my nephew's 9-years birthday. These are my in-law's family. The plum boy doesn't seem to match his age, right? He looks more like a 12-year-old. We just had a dinner at East Ocean Restaurant in Chemor.

My Boy Plays Violence

Guess what's this? This is my Wei's body. Can you see the two bruises? Pity her. She was bitten by her little teething brother during their fight on toys, mostly. Zhen Nam is quite violent nowadays. Whenever he can't get anything he wants from his sis, he'll start biting. He'll even try biting his 'popo' and me sometimes when we can't satisfy him! The wound at the bottom was just going to recover, and now she got another one on top. I slapped him, of course not that hard la, and warned him not to do it again. He then will say "sorry" for hundreds time I doubt whehter he really means it....... ha ha

Insurance Portal Online Is Never The Least To Consider

* Your Sponsor *

I received a call from a friend, Annie in United States, telling me that her fiance has bought a new house recently and they will be getting married in coming August. I was glad to hear that and we then started talking about housing insurance. I then suggested her to browse into http://www.insuranceportalonline.com/ , a website with the "Number One" source for quotes for insurance.

InsurancePortalOnline sells all types of insurance including Life Insurance, Auto Insurance and Homeowners Policies. It offers the lowest quotes on all types of insurance throughout the United States. Homeowners insurance is necessary for both who owns or even rents a townhouse or condominium. These policies are to cover liability and protect your home when it is damaged from fire, storms, hurricanes and other natural disasters. Should there be someone become injured in your home or on your land, you will always be protected from financial liability.

I convinced Annie once again that InsurancePortalOnline will give her intimate and knowledgeable care with their awarded customer service. It is as easy as ABC. Just a click on the button, and you will be ahead with the insurance quotes that you need, where you could get your peace of mind in securing your assets.

Happy Year Of Boar, 2007

Gong Xi, Gong Xi, Gong Xi Ni Ar! Gong Xi, Gong Xi, Gong Xi Ni!........Wei has been singing this song since last few weeks. Being taught in school la, of course.

Day 1

Wishing Everyone..... " GONG XI FA CAI !!! "
新年快乐!
。。。。。。。。ei, ei, Ang Pow Come Come...for my kids mar... Thank You

Look at my 2 lovely kids here, in their beautiful new, red clothes. Wei's eyes were watching tight at the cartoons in TV while my boy was happy with his mandarins in hand. I was in red dress too. MIL cooked noodles and vege for us as breakfast, then we all headed to Grandma's house (MIL side). Most of the uncles and aunts were there. I gave out ang pows to the cousins, nephews and nieces. Due the bad economical year, the aunts gave only RM2 ang pow for my kids, but in return I gave out RM5 to all. Aiya.....rugi la. I swear that I'll give only RM2 next year. :p

I was taking care of my children the whole afternoon while hubby sneaked out to look for friends. He is just not that type who can stay at home for 24hrs, not even with children around. Hubby came home around 6:30pm, and we then got ready to go out for dinner with my family at Public Restaurant in town. You may go to my Yum-Yum Cuisine for some photos enjoyment.

Day 2

I supposed to go to my mum's house in the afternoon ~ Chinese tradition again, married daughters can only go home on the 2nd day of CNY, but my parents came to visit PIL in Chemor. My MIL invited the lion dance team to put on a show for us. The lion dance came with the heavy drumming, which is believed to scare away the evil and bring good luck to the family. This was the first time my boy experienced it, but he was happy to see it.

The 2nd day of CNY is always my MIL's birthday. As usual, we went for a dinner at Cheong Seng Restaurant located at Kuala Kangsar Road. My parents and hubby's friends attended the dinner too. During the dinner, I heard hubby discussing with his friends about their programme later that night. I was curious whether he would ask me to go along with him. Beyond my expectation, he didn't intend to ask me out with him! I was furious. I scolded him for not bringing me along.

Me: Where are you going? Why can't I come along? You are just going to enjoy with your friends and not with your boss! They are my friends too.

Hubby: *guilty a bit* I thought you have to take care of kids mar....ok, ok, come come, let's go!

We then had fun at Time Zone 2, one of the new happening place in Ipoh Garden East. I was still angry and grumbled in front of his friends. I then stopped and not talking much that night coz I remembered that he wanted his 'face' soooo.. much. I know we might fight again if I continued to grumble.

Happy Chinese New Year !

So tired during the days of CNY especially the night before 1st day of CNY. That's why I didn't blog till today. I'm now rushing to update everyone. That day I was busy cleaning up at my mum's place, buying whatever necessary and packing up clothes ready to go back to Chemor. We went home quite early, and I did help out my MIL a bit to prepare for the reunion dinner.

My two kids were quite excited and didn't want to sleep early. My Wei was busy colouring those stickers bought by hubby with magic colours. Oh My God! Her arms and hands were dirtied with colour stained. I was mad and told her that it couldn't be removed and let it be with her during CNY. As for my Zhen Nam, he was busy playing with the mandarins, tossing them like balls, and carrying tins of biscuits in and out, finding someone to open it for him!

As usual, my PIL were going to 'welcome' the 'God of Wealth' ~ 接财神 at 1am. I was supposed to take my kids to sleep but they refused to follow. Then hubby's sis called them to join for the fireworks play. No more firecrackers for this time coz don't know where to buy. MIL just managed to get some fireworks for our children to have fun. I noticed that Wei really grows up coz she dared to play with freworks this time. Not to mention about Zhen Nam, he giggled all the way when he saw the sparkles. At around 1:30am, he started to feel dizzy and he fell asleep within seconds once I laid him on the bed. I went to sleep after 2am that night.

New Blogs Coming Up!

So many bloggers have soooo many personal blogs out there. Okie, it's my turn to have a few now. I have a few in mind already. The first one to introduce will be this, Pampering Treats , a blog on all beauty talks like my experience and feeling on fashions, hair, facials, spa and massage, pedicure and manicure treatments........whatever "ban leng leng" stuff.

Coming up next will be blogs on children education, food and dining places, product highlights,..........that's all for the mean time. So, hang on! Don't miss it! Which means I have to be very hardworking, not to let everyone down. :P

14 Feb '07 ~ "Happy Valentine's Day"

My hubby remembers this very special day and he has promised to have dinner with me. We did went out but it was very late at around 10pm. Wednesday is always a busy day for me because I have to teach in the evening till 7:30pm, then I have to attend music class with my Wei from 8:15pm - 9:15pm. What to do?

This is the present that I've prepared for hubby. Guess what? It's a brown leather wallet. Always find that he has no place to keep his coins, that's why I looked for a wallet with a coin pouch inside.

My Wei drew anything in her mind on this card. She claimed that the human like 'thing' on the left is a penguin. Dunno why draw penguin?? The little man on the right is her 'papa'. She insisted to write "I love papa". Hubby was happy to see what her daughter did for him.

Supposed to celebrate at a new cafe in Greetown. By the time we stepped in, the waitress quickly approached us and said that she was sorry, because they were closed. Oops, we missed the sign on the entrance. Soooo embarrassing. Then we moved to Yeold English in Ipoh Garden East. Below was the food that I took there ~ Grill Fish and Fresh Coconut. Hubby didn't eat anything coz he was full. I can understand coz it was very late. I found that the environment everywhere was romantic. As for here, so so only...just managed to ask the boss there to snap a photo for us.

After that we went for a midnight movie in Jusco. A funny CNY movie "House of Mahjong". The story line was not that good but just to have a laugh.

Beauty Tips For CNY.....

As I mentioned earlier, I'll be very busy before the day of CNY comes. My another destination this morning to make myself "leng leng" was The Relax Spa in Ipoh Garden, very near to Jusco. I had a vocher bought during their promotion season which costs only RM50 only to enjoy body scrub and spa. Why not give it a try!

After having a shower, I started off with a steam. I don't like steam very much as it's very stuffy inside. But it's good to have it first as this clears all the dirt and fat away through sweating from our skin.

Then, I proceeded to having a coffee body scrub.

*Left ~ Can you all see the dark brown liquid? I think it's a mixture of coco powder.*
*Right ~ Yeakk....looks so dirty, like my leg sticking with mud!*

The whitish mixture is a banana flavoured liquid for body wrap. Oops, I missed the photo! You all try to imagine la. It's some kind like a mask, which was brushed on top of my whole body, and then I was wrapped with plastic paper. I lied to rest for 15 mins before washing up.

Last but not least, spa is the most important part of it. It helps to nourish and re-energizing our body and skin. I feel my skin smoother than ever after the spa. If you all are free, do try it out once and tell me how you feel. Thanks a lot for the pretty lady, Caryn who attended to me and be my 'camera-man' in the saloon.

China WuQiao Acrobat Show in Jusco

I have this amazing acrobat performance to share with all my readers here. I happened to be at Jusco with Wei on last Friday night, when we heard huge applause from the ground floor. It was crowded even on the 1st floor. Wei and I squeezed in among the crowd and the incredible performance really caught my Wei's eyes.

1) Arms standing on stacked blocks.

2) Lady with strong legs who can spin heavy jars and tables without dropping.

3) A man cycling on single wheel while kicking up bowls to stack on his head.

4) I worship her coz she is really well-trained to spin this 100kg jar!

5) This was the highlight of that night! This man was picked as volunteer to sit inside the 100kg jar, which made it around 160kg, added another girl on top of the jar, which made a total of around 200kg!!!

I saw it again on the next night at 8pm. I guess these young men and ladies are going to perform again within this week at 8pm. For those Ipohian who are interested, do check out the schedule in Jusco.

Such A Posture??!!

I saw this scene at Moven Peak in Greentown. I was having lunch with Amy that time. The way of how this 'pretty' lady sat really caught my eyes, which made me have the desperation of snapping her photo up. Doesn't she feel a bit awkward to post like that, and some more she was wearing tight dress? eerrrr....Even how beautiful she looks, by the time men see this, sure they'll have no appetite already! Very nasty ya...to criticise a person like that! :p

I'll make sure my daughter will never sit like that!! Hopefully.....

Like Jie Jie, Like Di Di

I find that my Zhen Nam really likes to follow his Jie Jie nowadays. When Jie Jie wants to 'wee wee', he'll quickly carry the potty out, pull down his pants and sit on it. Sit on it?? Strange ya...he is a boy! Why does he sit on potty instead of standing? His Jie Jie lo....he just wants to follow. I'm a bit worried, that's why I always remind his papa and gong gong to show him how they, men, passing their urine and how they should be proud of their "special organ".... :p

Left ~ See how hardworking my kids are?? Especially my Wei, frowning hard to finish up her Mandarin writing.

Right ~ Jie Jie wants to be actsy, di di shouts "I want too!"

Di Di is very jealous of his Jie Jie too. He'll not miss any shares of mummy when I'm hugging Jie Jie. Sometimes he may want to possess whole of me by pushing his Jie Jie away. Whenever I notice that di di is not showing appetite to drink his milk, I just need to say,"ok ok, give the milk to Jie Jie since you don't want!"......guess what? He'll surely push the teat into his mouth without second. Ha ha....really enjoy their parts of growing up!!

Everything Is Over....Temporary

I truly appreciate the advice that my blogger friends here gave to me. I feel very touching while reading those of your comments. Some of you even share your own experience to me. You all are right. I should think twice before I say anything to him.

He called and sms me few times yesterday. We truly talked it out this time. We both expressed whatever kept in heart these years. He asked me not to be so stubborn and move a step backward. CutiePrincessMummy is right. We shouldn't expect each other to change in minutes. I should then see how much I can do for a better me. "If I break up with this man, it doesn't mean that I get along well with another man....." it evokes me, yeah, I agree.

Finally, we came out with an agreement that we have no choice but to accept each other's weakness if we want to be together. Just forget all the past of those sad memories. Hope that there will not be another quarrel like this anymore. I doubt......

A Talk With Between Us

We went for a talk in Filling Station at 8pm. We were not alone coz my Wei wanted to follow as well. At first I thought that we may talk it out since hubby says he agreed to rebuild our relationship. By the time we sat down, he showed no interest and just said 'let it works naturally' ~ 顺其自然 , but I insisted to continue.......

I expressed my thoughts but he insisted that I was wrong on the whole. He didn't even agreed that I've been working hard to change myself in improving our relationship. In his mind, he just thought that I shouldn't always cry and be inconsiderable. He is not just egoistic but harsh ( 专制 ) in snatching my right of releasing emotional act or shall I say crying!! He just doesn't want to see people cry.

AIA, our talk has failed. I really have the urge in telling him that I want to separate with him.....分居 ........ still in doubt whether it's a correct thing to do??

Quarrel Burst Again!

I suppose to introduce a new dining place for steamboat where all my staff and hubby were having CNY annual dinner last night. But was sorry to let everyone down that night. I was chit-chatting with one of the friend's hubby about giving a treat to each other during my Genting trip last year. Just a simple talk, I made fun of him that he liked to "wat" me to pay. Then my hubby said,"It's fair to treat each other." I just dunno why I started it off like this,"Why don't you side me always?!" ~ actually it has a history.......

**Yesterday, he called me while I was dying my hair. He told me to go home early coz dinner in Chemor. I told him the earliest is like usual 7pm, I've to redye my hair mar...coz so horrible...He was then dissatisfied and said I should help MIL to cook la, make her happy, don't just rely on her la, blah blah blah.... Didn't I help? Everyone knows I can't cook, but I'll help to lay table and wash the dish. I did make MIL happy, like buying her her favourite CDs and look for a physician to cure her.....what else does he expect from me?? I didn't talk much back to him, but I've strong dissatisfaction and anger in my heart! **

That's why I over-reacted to be 'too sensitive' (it was described by friend) that night, and tears began dropping from my eyes. He didn't even want to console, he just felt that I was embarrassing him in front of friends. He stood up and left me just like that. He said that he couldn't stand me longer, let's not be together.

Again, it was a cying night for me. My friends accompanied me for a drink and they advised me to unstress myself. My friends asked him to meet me up but he didn't turn up. I felt hurt deep in my heart coz I work it hard in building our relationship lately. I didn't talk harsh or playing any temper on him since the last quarrel. But, what had he done? He has ruined all my effort. I couldn't stand him anymore too. Too egoistic!! Why should I make my life so miserable? He dislikes me to cry a lot but it's totally out of my control. I didn't want it. He thinks he's the shameful one, but how about me? Don't I look the worst coz I'm the one crying?? He doesn't like me blogging about our personal matters but what's wrong with it? It's my own world!!

He doesn't call since last night. Anyway, I don't put much hope on our relationship anymore. Divorce means nothing to me already. I just don't hope to be disappointed another time.

So Shameful On Hair Colour

Can't tahan anymore....!! Criticised by colleagues in centre this afternoon. They said I look 10 years older, like I've been thru a lot of stress in taking care of own 2 kids. Aiya...cham liao... CNY will be very soon.... How am I going to meet people?? Have to redye again. Darken the base and highlight. Change to another colour... but, what will happen to my hair. Worse liao...do more home treatment from now on. Let the hair cool down for few days then do it. No choice! You all know why I call myself 'Mummy In Vain' lor.....

Friday, February 2

I Look So 'Yeah'!!

CNY will be coming soon in 2 weeks time. Everyone is busy to welcome this important Chinese celebration. I'm one those busy ladies, getting ready myself with the best appearance on that big day. I have arranged myself a long list of beauty schedule so that I can "ban leng leng" from head to toe. Today is my first appointment with Crazy Hair Cut Saloon, located in Pasir Puteh.

My main purpose there is to dye my hair with highlights. No idea which highlight to choose but iniatially I thought of trying dark green as my base colour. After discussing with the saloon girl, I had chosen "blonde green" as base, with some of the hair colour-washed as highlight. I was totally shocked when I saw the outcome!

The matching colours are nice but it's just not so suitable for me because the highlight that I chose was too sharp. I still have to teach. I dared not even walked out of the saloon. Maybe you all can't see much difference from the above pictures. My friend said that I looked so "YEAH" like "White Hair Devil"~'bak fatt mo lui'. I insisted to redo my hair by darkening the highlight. ~ the pic on the right. Finally I was relieved a bit.
